I was looking at webpages about Sappho (the Greek poet), and... well, it struck me how imprecise the translations of the poems were, and things like that, since I've seen (and translated for myself) the poems in the original ancient Greek version...
Something tells me I'm overeducated. --;

oooh, qualcun altro che ha studiato greco. :) ormai pensavo di appartenere a una razza in via di estinzione.

Esattamente. ^_^ E temo proprio di non ricordarmi una parola. a parte... chesṣ... i soliti "kalos k'agathos", "gnothi seauton", "proskunesis" e via dicendo... (spiacente per l'orrida traslitterazione v_v)
