^^; In case I needed to be reminded how computer illitterate this guy I work with is...

i. He doesn't know the existence of the backspace key. To delete something, he either uses "cut" or the canc key.
ii. He doesn't know the existence of keyboard shortcuts.
iii. He doesn't know the existence of right-clicking with the mouse.
iv. He doesn't know how to rename / move / delete files and folders.
v. He types with two fingers.
vi. He doesn't know what the capslock key does.
vii. He can't distinguish between the ctrl, alt and shift keys.

And I keep having to explain to him how to do things all over again.
